What forms of payment do you accept?
Debstar will accept payment via Paypal.
How secure is this store?
Debstar uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
When will I receive my Debstar jewellery?
Your jewellery is always made to order and as such will generally be shipped within 14 days. All orders are sent Express Post within Australia, and Registered Post to international destinations. If you' like your Debstar piece for a special occassion, please email to confirm that it can be ready it time to avoid dissappointment.
Do you do custom jewellery orders?
Custom made jewellery is available. A small additional fee will apply depending on requirements. Please allow extra time for consultation and drafting of your piece. Please email if you would like a custom made piece of Debstar jewellery.
Refunds?
There are no refunds on any jewellery. You may exchange within 14 days of receipt of your order. Items to be exchanged must be returned, at the buyers expense, in perfect order, complete with tags. You must contact debstar to advise that you are returning the item. Postage will be charged for the item taken in place of the returned item. There is no exchange on custom made pieces. Please note that all care will be taken with packing your order, but in the unlikely event that damaged goods are received, please contact Debstar immediately.
